Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
It is. €0 and no card. The Free plan includes 1 staff member, 50 appointments per month, 50 clients on file, online booking and email reminders. The booking page carries a "Made with Beautly" badge. The account stays open while it is in use: 6 months with no sign-in and it closes.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
The account is not blocked. Every new sign-up starts with 30 days of the paid features — except WhatsApp, which comes with the Professional plan. Once the 30 days are up, the account moves to Free on its own, and nothing is deleted: clients, services and history stay in place.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Neither for the 30-day trial nor to stay on the Free plan.
What happens if I go over the Free plan limits?
Nothing disappears. Existing records stay visible and editable. The 50 appointments reset when the month turns; while they are full, the link takes no new bookings. The 50 clients and the 1 staff member are total caps: they never reset, only an upgrade raises them. An email warns before each limit.
How many staff members can I have?
The Free plan allows 1 staff member. Essential, up to 2. Professional, up to 5. Premium, with unlimited staff, is still to come.
Do my clients need an account to book?
No. The salon's booking link is public: the client opens it, picks a time and confirms. No sign-up and no password.
Are reminders sent automatically?
They are. On Free it is one reminder per appointment; from Essential up there are two reminders, each with its own lead time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in and no penalties. Cancellation is done straight from the dashboard, at any time.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, and that is where most people use it. Beautly opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install.
