Software for hair salons

Online diary, client records and commission worked out for you. Your client books through your own link, at any hour, and you just confirm. Start on the free plan, no card needed.

If this happens in your salon, you are not the only one

A salon with several stylists has a problem a one-person salon never has: too many people sharing the same day.

Two clients booked into the same slot

A paper diary never tells you the time is already taken. You find out when both of them walk in together, and one leaves unhappy. When every stylist has her own diary, the clash simply cannot happen — the booking is refused before it is made, on your screen and on the online booking alike.

She did not turn up and the hour was lost

A no-show on a busy Saturday costs you the whole service, and nobody took the slot instead. An automatic email reminder the day before cuts no-shows, and the waiting list tells whoever wanted that time that it has just come free.

Commission worked out on a calculator

Every month end, the same sums by hand, service by service, stylist by stylist — and the argument when your number does not match what she wrote down. Here the figure comes out ready, with each person's percentage, and the two of you look at the same thing.

What Beautly does for a hair salon

Everything you already do today, only without leaning on your memory or on a notebook.

One diary per stylist, on a single screen

Each stylist has her own column, with her working hours and her days off. You see the whole salon day at once and know who is free right now. On your phone, between one client and the next.

A salon booking system your client can use at midnight

Your salon gets a booking link of its own to put in your Instagram bio or send by text. She picks the service, the stylist and a time that is genuinely open, at eleven at night if she likes. You wake up to a full diary instead of thirty messages to answer.

Client records with the whole history

Which colour was used last time, how long it took, what she does not want repeated. It sits in her record, and any stylist can read it before she starts. When someone leaves the team, the client list still belongs to the salon.

Commission counted service by service

You set each stylist's percentage and the amount adds up as every appointment is completed. At month end the figure is ready, open, and you can check it appointment by appointment. Commission comes with the Professional plan.

Reports that answer the question you actually have

How much came in this week, which service pays best, how many clients came back and how many stopped coming. Not a pretty dashboard nobody opens: the numbers that decide whether you can take on another pair of hands.

Questions from people who run a salon

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Not for the 30 days, and not to carry on with the free plan afterwards. You create the account with an email address and a password and start using it straight away.

What happens to my diary when the 30 days end?

Nothing is deleted and the account is not locked. It moves to the free plan, which covers 1 professional with 50 appointments per month and 50 clients on file, with online booking included. Clients, services and history stay where they are, and everything opens up again the moment you take a paid plan.

Can each stylist have a diary of her own?

Yes, and that is how this hair salon software was built. Each stylist has her own working hours, days off and services. A client booking through the link only sees the times that stylist really has open.

Can I keep track of the team's commission?

Yes. You set each person's percentage and the sum happens as each appointment is completed, with no spreadsheet involved. Commission is a paid-plan feature.

Does my client have to install an app?

No. She opens your salon's link in her phone browser and books in under a minute. No account to create, nothing to download, no password to remember.

What if my client list is already in a spreadsheet?

You import the spreadsheet and the whole list comes in at once. You do not have to type clients in one by one before you can start working.

Your diary sorted before the end of today
